help you I’m delighted to share my knowledge and love of real estate on the Monterey Peninsula, in the Salinas Valley and throughout San Benito County! I own property in both Monterey and San Benito Counties and understand the real estate process from the perspective of a homeowner and an investor.
I bring the same high level of customer service and professionalism to being a REALTOR® at Alain Pinel Realtors as I did to many years of business ownership and nonprofit board service. Both homebuyers and sellers depend on me to ably and professionally handle their real estate transactions. This is very much a “word of mouth” business and I deeply appreciate all the clients and customers who before, during and after their transactions act as cheerleaders for me.
With my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, I proudly join the ranks of only 5% of REALTORS® nationally who complete this advanced degree work.
I'm also a proud member of our local real estate association, the Monterey County Association of REALTORS® (MCAR) and both the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
I currently serve as Chair of the Charitable Trust Committee and a member of the Career Development Task Force at MCAR, the Monterey County Association of REALTORS®. I previously also served on MCAR's Nomination Committee for Board of Directors and the Rules & Citations Committee for REInfoLink, the MLS provider for the five largest REALTOR® Associations in Northern California.
Additionally, I am a proud member of the San Juan Bautista Rotary Club, a Trustee for a Private Family Foundation in Silicon Valley and a graduate of Leadership Salinas Valley, the oldest Leadership program in the US. Participating at this level allows me to continue helping to make this a great place for all to live and work!
